1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Reservation & Payment
A valid government-issued ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License) is required at check-in for all guests.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan selected.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Bank Transfers.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
4. Child & Extra Bed Policy
Children below 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Extra beds are available on request at an additional charge.
Maximum occupancy per room is subject to room category.
5. Guest Conduct & Safety
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the peaceful environment of the hotel.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public areas.
Consumption of alcohol and non-vegetarian food is not permitted on the premises.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
6. Visitors & Security
Visitors are allowed in the lobby and restaurant areas but not in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
The hotel is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for guest safety.
7. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
8. Parking & Transportation
Free on-site parking is available for guests.
The hotel can arrange taxis and local sightseeing tours upon request.
9. Dining & Room Service
The in-house restaurant is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
